Dear Sirs, Thank you for your offer of 15 October that we accept on the terms quoted. As you will already know, your Mr. J. Needham called on us a few days ago and left a range of samples. We leave it to your discretion to supply a suitable substitute, should you not have what we want, but the price must not exceed ?25 per item. We are arranging for consignment to be inspected before shipment and must ask you to send only goods in perfect condition. Since we must have the goods on display in time for the Christmas season, our order is placed on condition that they are dispatched by 10 November at the latest.
